Selling and up selling Spa treatment, retail, Membership.
To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the spa area.
To report to work punctually 15 minutes before your shift in proper uniform.

To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following The Park Hyatt Jakarta Standards of Performance, Policy and Procedure.
To perform all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.
To be entirely flexible and adept to rotate within the different sub departments of the Spa or any other Department of the hotel as assigned (willing to become multi skilled and perform multi tasks)
Perform all Spa treatments (in Spa Menu) as certified/trained to do so.
To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
Qualifications
Indonesian Nationality with a diploma in related field
Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
Strong in leadership and business acumen
Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
1-2 years of IT Support Application/IT Tester Application/IT Mobile App Tester/Technical Writer.
Knowledge about Running Mobile Application and Web Application.
