Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the led department
  • Managing excellence service to customer so get Customer Satisfaction Index which have been determined
  • Supervise and inspect inventory processes in the led department (stock opname and discrepancy value) to always be accurate
  • Monitor the process of receipt, storage, delivery of goods so managed properly
  • Ensure the development of the ability and competence of subordinates to support the company's business processes
Requirements
  • Male / female maximum age 40 years
  • Min. education D3
  • Experienced as Manager / Assistant Manager at national retail company for 3 years
  • Accustomed to lead large teams (> 50 people)
  • Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia
  • Willing to work with shift working hours
