Lead and Manage Team Member Performance
  • Provide communication regarding job expectations and changes
  • Coach and provide career development

Build an Effective Technical Team
  • Coach and train including hands-on

Manage Functional Area Service Delivery
  • Influence and develop functional strategies

  • Monitor for adherence to departmental policy and procedures and provide feedback
