About the Role
Roll up your sleeves and climb on board if you’re ready to be our next Business & Operations Strategist - Digital Inclusion. In this role, you will be an integral player in the GoTagihan team based in Jakarta. You will get to focus on owning internal projects, business enhancement, and operational analytics in order to nurture product and business expansion, ensuring that everything that transpires is in line with Gojek's goals and values.
What You Will Do
Manage various projects related to internal-company process / governance within Gojek group, including internal resources coordination and lead discussion with relevant stakeholders
Assist in the definition of objectives and project scope (e.g. business and contractual arrangement, commercial scheme, operational setup, technical feasibility), also manage changes (if any) using appropriate verification techniques
Monitor and conduct analysis on functionality and productivity of process and/or product
Develop and maintain comprehensive and continuous operational-performance reporting
Conduct periodic analysis to the reporting in order to highlight and define the areas of improvement, then continue to deep-dive analysis to identify exhaustive insights
Provide recommendations as the improvement plan to the process and/or product and assist the implementation
What You Will Need
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, strategy and analytics, product management, and product operations. Previous relevant industry experience is a big plus
Exceptional communications and collaboration skills for stakeholder management
Excellent time-management and adaptability skills to meet tight deadlines and balance simultaneous projects
Ability to learn quickly with a strong "team player" attitude
Have a basic knowledge of SQL / experience using data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, Data Studio)
Strong analytical and critical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision making process
About the Team
Our GoTagihan team, a subsidiary of the GoPay, consists of 50 people based in Jakarta. Working alongside the Marketing team, we are mutually concerned with building the largest and most efficient billing platform. The gist of our role is to increase GoPay usage for payment and e-wallet services, including financial services for unbanked users. Should you have a question about how GoPay creates our marketing strategies, we are your people!
We are a tight-knit group made up of social media fanatics, amateur gamers, and (guilty) reality show watchers. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!

10 years and above experience in the CPG, consumer retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing environments preferred.
