As an Assessor Supervisor, you will be responsible in implementation, controlling procedures process employee assessment process, competency and potency on a regular basis for both promotional and development purposes.

Responsibilities

    • Input assessment request process to the system
    • Plan the assessment simulation/tools for the assessment process together with Assessor Lead
    • Undertake comprehensive employee assessment for both competency and potency
    • Make an assessment report in accordance with the procedure and submit the report to Assessor Lead

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Psychologist (Master’s beneficial)
    • Certification in an assessment center or certified as an assessor
    • Having minimum of 2 years of experience handling assessment
    • Familiar with psychological test instruments
