  • Managing daily operation of call center activities to achieve the sales target
  • Monitoring and managing telemarketing team and ensuring they could meet their KPI/target
  • Creating sales strategies, sales policies & procedures

Job Description:

  • Managing the daily operation of the call center to meet sales targets and in line with the Company's objectives and strategies
  • Create procedures/policies for sales team to ensure target achievement;
  • Create propriate call scripts/sales promotions to attract customers for selling
  • Analyzing sales data to improve processes and ensure resources are properly allocated,maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operation performance
  • Supporting and supervising subordinates
  • Assisting team to solving client's issue, complaints, or enquires

Requirement:

  • Hold Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Has 5-7 years of total working experiences as Telemarketing/Telesales Ass. Manager/Manager
  • Has experience managing above 70 team of sales members
  • Excellent communication skill in English (verbal + written)
  • Good analytical skill; good leadership; and able to work independently and in team
