Job Description
1. Managing the relationship with Lazada's most important sellers.
2. Managing the development of the assortment of a product category.
3. Managing the revenue and margin growth of this category.
4. Working with Regional category managers to develop a wide assortment without losing focus on revenue growth.
5. Managing pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key sellers in the category.
6. Negotiating deals with sellers and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor from a leading university and minimum 2 years experience in Retail, Sales, or Relationship Management.
2. Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
3. Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
4. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.
