Job Description

Seeking a Social & Video Content Coordinator to assist with management across various social platforms. This

position will report to the Brand Manager and requires an in-depth understanding of the social media landscape.

Social:

  • Day-to-day channel management on YouTube & TikTok and assist on Instagram & Facebook
  • Collaborate with creative team to plan, edit, and publish engaging written, photo, and video content
  • Monitor U.S. social media trends relevant to our ideal customer and pitch relevant ideas
  • Actively engage, reply, monitor, and create thoughtful social interaction across platforms
  • Monthly social reporting, set goals and KPIs for continuous improvement
  • Work with Brand Manager to prioritize and align the team on brand goals

Content/Video:

  • Develop and execute TikTok/Reels/YouTube content strategies to help grow awareness, build

community, and increase attributable sales

  • Consistently produce, shoot and edit short, engaging video for TikTok/Reels as well as longer-form

YouTube videos each week

  • Own the content creation process from pitch to publish (ideas, reporting, scripting, asset gathering,

editing)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • 1-3+ years of experience in social media and video production
  • Proven track record of creating videos
  • Experience creating, editing, and directing engaging TikTok/Reels
  • Knowledge of social scheduling and analytics platforms, such as Later
  • Analytics-driven and create original content with performance in mind
  • Ability to understand and recreate the brand voice
  • Customer Service experience to show excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High sense of urgency/initiative, work independently or in a team, meeting goals and deadlines
  • Nice to have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Nice to have interest in Regenerative Agriculture and a passion for Wellness & Sustainability

Working Hours:

  • Four days normal Bali hours and One day U.S. hours to engage once a week in real-time with US

audience.

  • Gianyar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Content Writing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
