Qualification :

  • Bachelor or Master degree of Psychology
  • Experience in same field at last 3 years
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interview, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Proven work experience as a recruiting manager, recruitment consultant
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team managements skills
  • Strong decision-making skill
  • Basic in Human Resources Management or organizational psychology
