About the Role As a Groceries Product Marketing Head, you will be helping in defining the identity of the GoMart brand; it’s value, purpose, customer insights and help to solve everyday user’s problem of shopping for groceries. Data understanding and insight generation will be a big part of the role to help the marketing team bring growth to the business. This role will also highly impact the shape of the product and will help to define the success of the Online Grocery Industry in Indonesia. You will be working directly with the business team, research team, BI team, and multiple marketing channel owners. What You Will Do
Working closely with all of the stakeholders within the Gojek Marketing, Groceries Product and Business team to help drive the growth of GoMart business in the market
Managing a team of three people within the grocery product marketing department
Monitoring the end to end GoMart campaign execution; from ideation, research, production, activation and post mortem analysis
Helping in defining the brand value proposition to be a competitive and distinctive product/ service in the market
What You Will Need
Bachelors or Masters degree, with 5 years of product marketing experience. Specialized work in FMCG, eCommerce, or the technology industry is preferred.
Passionate about the online groceries market, understands the user profile target and have a perspective of go-to-market strategy
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience of managing a team
Have a can-do attitude and be able to work with multiple stakeholders to run end to end multiple channel marketing campaigns to support the business unit achieve the aligned OKR
A candidate with data analytics experience, knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Bigquery, Google Data Studio, Metabase is highly preferred. Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Python will be a major plus
Possesses a deep understanding of brand building, digital first marketing mindset, and excels in analytical concepts such as segmentation, customer lifecycle, retargeting, attribution models
Has a proven track record of budget management, marketing performance forecasting, team OKR creation, monitoring and delivery
About the Team
Our Groceries Marketing team belongs to two families in Gojek: the Gojek Marketing team and the Gojek Groceries Business team (we see it as having two big siblings at work). Our team currently consists of 4 people based in Jakarta. We oversee all things marketing for the Groceries platform - from researching and analyzing market trends and behaviors, to designing and executing fun campaigns that catch the attention of customers around the country. We're a young team (we just turned 1!) with huge ambitions to expand our Groceries platform far beyond our Indonesian shores.
We recently joined our first ever HarBolNas - Indonesia’s largest eCommerce shopping event, and successfully achieved nearly eight times year-over-year growth in 2020. Our team is driven by our shared sense of leaving a meaningful social impact in our communities. We believe our groceries platform is an innovation that has brought greater efficiency into the lives of our users, especially targeted at improving the lives of hundreds (and growing) of women in Indonesia to be # EmakJago. We have our sights set on continuing this mission, spearheading this change of how people buy their groceries in the region and beyond.
