Job Description

You'll be managing our visual merchandising and sales function in our Retail Store.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand the psychological impact of visual merchandising, and craft impressionable retail experiences for shoppers at every touchpoint
  • Assist SPV/HOVM on weekly layout and mannequin changes in the store based on the company’s plan and the store’s sales results. Liaise with HOVM for any necessary VM changes
  • Ensure that layouts, displays and mannequins are well maintained throughout the week
  • Consider thoroughly different item presentation methods to effectively showcase product USPs
  • Liaise with HOVM for fixtures, signage or other related VM requests if any
  • Ensure to promptly display signages and remove them after the stipulated end date
  • Upload weekly store photo and report with standard angles
  • Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests
  • Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs
  • Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
  • Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
  • Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises
  • Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments

  • Previous experience in retail fashion-related, store visual merchandising, face-to-face sales experience
