Job Description

  • Administrative works (including budget, creative, purchasing, sign off and file records)
  • Reporting
2. Assist in GTM Wealth & Matured Segment projects
  • Daily progress preparation, monitoring & reporting, including creative development and budget implementation
Requirements:
  • Committed to join for 6 months
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to details
  • Must be computer literate (working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiar with design software (photoshop, adobe, video editor) is a plus.
  • Understands basic administrative works
  • Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and excel
