Job Description

Document preparation and ARIBA submission for sponsorship, consultant and gimmicks productions

TAP submission and finalization

Gimmick distributions and vendor coordination

Collaborate with SFE for data submission

Support Poultry BUD & CA BUD in Travel Booking, Accommodation, Claiming the monthly travel expenses in Concur and follow-up for payments

To Submit the Monthly Field Expense Provision to Finance

Dispatch of New and Renewed Customer Agreements and followup on documentation

To identify the appropriate vendor for specific promotional input requirement given by marketing team.

To enroll the vendor into new systems through SAP, if it's a new vendor

To raise Purchase order and forward the approved Purchase order to the vendor

To complete the TAP process if the payment is a sponsorship to be given to GO

To submit the Invoices to Finance for timely payment and make follow-ups.

Provide monthly provision for Vendor Payments to Finance

Keep the data of the expenses incurred every month

Follow-up for the Requisition Letter and Acknowledgment Copy from the Customers. Filing of the documents properly. To maintain the record for site change

Education : Graduation

Experience : 1-3 years

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communications, listening and customer service skills
Professional appearance (i.e., personal appearance and attitude)
Organizational skills
Multi-tasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift
Extensive computer and software skills
