Assisting the shopper marketing & sales team with administrative tasks in relation to advertising and promotional spend, sample ordering, product packing, and logistics management
Compiling and distributing correspondence memos, letters, and forms, POP, GWP, etc
Assisting Marketing Team in any promotional activities
Collect and organize invoice from supplier and coordinate with Account payable department to complete the payment process

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field
Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus. . Fresh graduate are welcome
Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
