Forming and maintaining employee data
Operate HRIS, collect and store HR data in HRIS for information and reporting purpose
Maintain and update health benefits insurance files
Providing administrative assistance for employee payroll and expenses of employee claims
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Psychology/Management with reputable university, min. GPA 3.00
Have experiences minimum 2 years as a HR Staff
Ability to speak and write English fluently
Have a basic knowledge of HR
Strong Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication & Team work, Developing & Maintaining Relationships, Attention to detail
