About the Role


You will work directly with the Program Manager for GenerasiGIGIH, a Tech Talent Development Program. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of programs, processes and systems that can be easily scaled. It will be your responsibility to drive collaboration between all parties involved in order to prioritize, schedule and deliver programs.



What You Will Do

  • GenerasiGIGIH Program design, effective management, execution and tracking critical tasks and communicate blockers to peer group .
  • Research the beneficiaries of Program to fully understand issues that communities face and develop effective strategies for achieving key program goals
  • Define and maintain processes/tools within programs’ scope (team dashboards, process tools, etc.), coordinate and maintain needed platforms for running the programs (Zoom, Google Classroom, Discord, etc.)
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for arranging learning sessions for the GenerasiGIGIH program and communicating with participants through the campaign and other communication platform and cater to their learning needs
  • Successfully work in partnership with cross-functional partner teams to deliver programs and develop strong relationships across stakeholders
  • Assist and collaborate with the team in internal and external communication efforts that help to update stakeholders on the program progress
