We are looking for a Technical Support Intern to assist the team on merchant integration and investigate any complaints or inquiries. This position directly reports to Technical Support Lead.
Job Description:
Support and assist for merchant integration on production
Handle & investigate any alarms on each domain
Handle & investigate any complaints & inquiries from Internal and External
Handle & investigate any alarms on each domain
Handle, investigate, analyze, and identify any tickets on Zendesk

Have a proper Domains knowledge
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Strong analytical skills – analyze complex data
Must have professional working proficiency in English
Melakukan tes (termasuk User Acceptance Test atau UAT) program SAP.
Memberikan pelatihan program kepada user.
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan SAP system.
Support to manage service engineer request.
First response time for new service request within 8 working hours.
Maintain Service Database Request (SRD).
