The role of the HR Responsible in small/medium-sized country is, in very close partnership with the Country Director to design and implement local processes and policies fully aligned with Global Grundfos standards, ensure adherence to local law and regulations and to deliver transactional HR that require local presence, local language and knowledge of local law/regulations (where the transactional tasks are not supported from the Global HR set up).
