    Who you'll be working for
    Indonesia-based investment marketplace for buying and selling American stocks and crypto assets
    What requirements you'll need to be eligible
    • female
    • fluent in English both written and speaking
    • bachelor degree (secretary/communication, management, related field)
    • min. 2 yr experience role
    • strong in time management
    • detail oriented
    • multitasking
    • outstanding problem solving skill
    What you'll be doing on the job
    • planning and organizing meeting schedule
    • updating work orders status in daily basis
    • responsible of managing all the administrative functions daily, follow up and all other ad-hoc projects
    • coordinate with all the team members for every aspect needed
    • handling incoming and outing email (inc. approval)
    • coordinate with finance dept. for budget submissions
    • centralize data/ documents marketing related
    • taking notes and recording daily MOM
