The Performance Management team is an established team responsible for making Grab Food/Mart Sales Team running smoothly to achieve their target. We make an impact by consistently tracking & monitor our sales team performance and find a better way to improve it over time, by setting the right OKR & incentive structure, conducting engagement & training, and doing experiments. Our team is made up of high achiever individual who posses both strategic and operation mindset with a strong people skills to make sure the best execution. Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Merchant Analyst Associate to help us improve overall sales performance. We believe a successful candidate has strong problem solving and communication skills, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because it play a critical role to maintain and improve our sales performance and achieving corporate objectives. In return, you will get an opportunity to learn how sales team vital role, and engage to many stakeholders within grab organization.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Help the manager regarding the analysis and recommendation on how to improve overall sales team performance by tracking and monitoring sales team performance
Actively engage with sales team through the engagement program
Responsible to set up, conduct and evaluate the training program for sales team
Routinely align with product team, to make sure our sales team up-to-date with Product development within grab organization
Develop a framework to evaluate, track, and improve overall merchant satisfaction to our sales team
The Must-Haves:
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
You have experience with MS. Office, especially excell
You are experienced to handle sales team
You have some/strong/extensive working knowledge of sales
You must comfortable working with a large group of people
You are a strong communicator and team player
The Nice-to-Haves:
You have an understanding of SQL would be an advantage
