Job Description

Adjust and ensure the sticker code on the physical computer (e.g.: GGP-PCTBG-XXXX) with the computer hostname.

Join domain to GG-FOODS.COM if you still find computers with the domain flyinggi.ggp or WORKGROUP.

Updating all account administration on local computer.

Make all AD users on computers that were administrators become standard users.

Updating teamviewer to 12 version and installing anydesk as alternative.

Install the sysaid agent on the computer, and make sure the computer is logged on to the sysaid server. Adding an agent manually to the sysaid is not allowed, if there are problems while installing the sysaid (not entering the server) send the unit to IT.

Record and update accurate information on computer users, both full names and indexes on sysaid.
Associate / Bachelor Degree in IT.

Willing to do 6 month Internship.

Have a great attention to details.

Willing to be placed in Terbanggi Besar, Lampung Tengah.
