Requirements
- Diploma / Degree
- >5 yrs experience in BPO Sales
- Minimum 3years Team Lead experience
- Advanced English Proficiency on Verbal and Expert Level for Chat
- Experience in SFDC and Other CRM platform is an advantage
- Worked in highly measured sales environment. Contact Rate, Conversion
- Typing speed: 40 words per min
- Sign off with Supplier Operations Director
- Proven aptitude to understand and converse about consumer technology
- Soft skills –Selling aptitude, professionalism, customer service, telephone time management
- Ability to demonstrate proficient selling techniques including discovery, closing and overcoming objections
- Excellent conversational English verbal communication, listening and comprehension skills
- Able to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities
·Directs and supervises sales Agents to achieve and exceed quota objectives
·Assists in planning sales strategy and training

·Manage within operational guidelines at the team level to align with operational requirements of the business units both client & Supplier driven
