Regional Sales Manager

We are currently looking for experienced Regional Sales Manager who is keen to build trade relationships to provide a face for GSK Consumer Healthcare Indonesia.

In this role you will…

  • Set effective and proper development strategies to enhance company’s business performance in the assigned region.
  • Responsible to achieve area sales-out, distribution, business fundamentals, and business development targets in MT and GT.
  • Provide sales performance review and forecast for total region and develop Multi Distributors with commercial hygiene process.
  • Preparing optimum plan for all Territory Sales Managers and Territory Sales Supervisors and controlling them to have efficient and proactive colleagues.
  • Routine field visit to monitor the performance of the field forces.
  • Implement PDP & conduct regular review.
  • Identify development needs in the field force and inform Sales Director and work closely with Sales Force Effectiveness team to plan the development.
  • Conduct Regular Coaching.
  • Guiding and motivating all field forces and evaluate their performances.
  • Ensure all marketing plan implemented in region assigned.
  • Give feedback to Sales management on execution of marketing and sales activities as well as competitor activities (monthly posting).
  • Analyze and evaluate Traditional & Modern Trade Channel trends and specific brand/category performance

Why you?

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor degree from any major, post graduate will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management position with a reputed FMCG or Consumer Health Company
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skill
  • Having Project management skill is a plus
  • Willing to be based in Makassar
