What you'll be doing
Handle day-to-day business cases in the area of air cargo shipments and delivering of shipments in accordance with the procedures for dispatching and delivering
Issue and monitor transportation documents, collects documents for dispatching and delivering of shipments
Organize the admission of the shipments into the customs warehouse, export customs clearance, loading into the aircraft and the dispatching of shipments
Make rate offers to customers and partners
Interface with customers / agents to take booking; coordinate shipments; troubleshoot issues; and provide updates on service disruptions and etc.
Negotiation with airlines, General Sales Agents (GSA) and service provider
Minimum Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably of Sea & Maritime / Transport Major OR Degree in Logistics and/or Management Supply Chain Major
3-5 years in the freight forwarding industry
Solid knowledge in the air shipment documentation and process requirements of both local and overseas countries
CargoWise knowledge is mandatory
Customs broker license is mandatory
Having PPJK License would be an advantage
Good network with local GSA and Airlines
Conversant in both spoken and written English
