What you will be doing as Logistics SaaS Product Support Specialist:

Attend online or offline meetings for NFT product demo
Internal training for product-related feature update
Recap product-related feature requests
Communicate feature requests internally to ES team & PM
Biweekly Sales Funnel Recap

Requirements:

Own motorbike and Android phone
OK with high intensity of daily commuting.
Excellent communication skill and preferably presentation skill as well
Preferably male with at least 1 year of experience working with B2B SaaS products / digital platforms in customer-facing roles
