Job Description

Analyze 85+ markets data of hard copy records management (retention schedule compliance, scheduled disposal) and provide them in an insightful Power BI Dashboard

Analyze countries’ laws to find potential update to company retention schedule (finds around average of 5%- 8% of current schedule need to be updated)

Supporting other records management members with data and advices
Min 1 year experience as IT Data Analyst

Good skills in Quality Management System, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, and Analyzing Information

University graduate from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Information Technology or Library Science and Archiving

Fluency in English (Verbal and Written)

Excellent interpersonal relation skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Fast learner and team player

Backup, restoration and recovery model

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Familiar to Power BI, Infolinx, Iron Mountain Policy Center Solution (PCS), Excel, Python, SQL

Working knowledge on big data and data visualization tool

Working knowledge of programming language and basic query script
