Job Description
The role
Managing end-to-end offline media from strategic planning to execution and post mortem analysis for all Lazada branding activities. Ensuring the media investment is strategically planned to reach the KPI.
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. Working closely with the Indonesia and regional media, branding and overall marketing management team to assist conceptualize and drive effective media strategy for business growth
2. Developing effective and impactful campaigns, ensuring the activities are in line with Lazada’s strategic business direction
3. Managing media planning and buying by working closely with the Media Agency, Media House, regional media team and other partners.
4. Working closely with partners and external agencies to ensure marketing and branding initiatives are performed with required quality, within agreed cost & timescales.
5. Project management which include project status reporting, tracking and follow up to ensure projects are produced on time and within budget
6. Close monitoring the execution and creating weekly report to be able to have informed intervention when needed.
7. Managing post campaign reports and brand analytics with actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
8. Analysing market research data to understand current branding challenges and potential opportunities in the market.
9. Partner cross functionally on planning and executing marketing communications and event initiatives to support Lazada’s communications strategies.
10. Establish and maintain positive relationships with media, social influencers and other stakeholders Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in offline media field with solid experience in TV media investment, preferably has experience in top 5 media agencies handling big budget and active brands
3. Experience in managing TV marketing activities
4. Exposure to the advertising, media investment and event activation.
5. Mature, meticulous with strong oral as well as written communication and interpersonal skills to work with Media agency, Media owners, regional team and other partners
6. Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both written and spoken. Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage;
7. Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively, to multi task, and to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment
8. Agile and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization
9. Experience in working at e-commerce and/or tech company is a plus points
