Job Description

  • Handle petty cash
  • Responsible for petty cash disbursement realization
  • Organizing finance docs (PO, GR, Invoices) to be submitted to Finance Jakarta
  • Main contact for finance matter
  • Monitor 3-way matching between PO, GR, and invoices


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
  • Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
