Job Description

  • Coordinate, run and ensure that CSR & Legal functions run well in the Refinery Unit & Head Office in supporting refinery operational activities
  • Manage permits related to operational at the tarjuan refinery, such as: IMB, Building permit, transport/vehical, etc.
  • Make correspondence for both internal and external.
  • Ensure that services for the community are conveyed to the Company's Management
  • Ensure that all statutory provisions required by the Government are implemented by the Company
  • Propose to the Unit Leaders and HO CSR programs to be implemented.
  • Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment and work site cleanliness.
  • Implement safety regulations in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Report problems that occur, related to the Food Safety Management System (if any) to their superiors.
  • Carry out other work in connection with his work as instructed by his superiors.
  • Responsible for achieving respective KPIs.
  • Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness at the work site.
  • Report problems that occur, related to the Food/Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food/Feed Safety Coordinator.
  • Doing work by implementing company values (Integrity, positive behavior, commitment, continuous improvement, innovation and loyalty).
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in the same field
  • Preferably domicile in South Kalimantan
  • Willing to be located in Tarjun
