Job Description

  • Planning and developing campaign strategies

  • Developing short and long term budget plans for the campaign and marketing activities

  • Leading, managing, and monitor the marketing campaign execution until the evaluation stage

  • Creating integrated marketing campaigns plan & concept based on market segments to gain new customers

  • Managing a team and do the people development based on the company's culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • Min. 10 Years working experience in campaign management
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good communication (fluent in English) and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang office
