The Marketing Manager position provides strategic and collaborative marketing leadership to APAC hotels, and is responsible for leading and driving marketing initiatives for multiple properties with a key focus on Indonesian and Thai properties, as well as South Pacific.
This role is a key member of the executive committee entrusted to ensure client, guest and owner satisfaction across Indonesia hotels as priority, and secondary all Asia Pacific hotels. This position is responsible for staying ahead of marketing trends and opportunities and collaborating with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure properties meet or exceed the hotel sales financial performance.
The Marketing Manager is also responsible for the implementation and effective execution of tactical marketing campaigns in support of the resort’s strategic plans and sales and marketing projects. This will include driving the overall group marketing strategy to grow online brand presence, optimize the digital experience for customer interaction and ensure high level customer service both on-site and digitally, to achieve KPIs and generate revenue. This role is responsible for monitoring, engaging and responding to interactions across multiple social media profiles and platforms or delegating to hotel teams to manage effectively.
This role will work closely with resorts to develop and implement programs to encourage employee morale, inter-department communication and teamwork effectiveness across the multiple properties. This role will also work closely with the Innovative Holiday Club sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless guest experience across club and hotel activities, and will contribute to cross-team marketing tactics to deliver IHC KPIs.
