1. [Collecting and analyzing information] Promote the collection and verification of information from various sources based on networking with people from in- and out-side of the company, and reinterpretation and analysis/report of the collected information.
2. [Risk management] Implement the initial response with quick decisions and appropriate actions in case of an emergency and promote to establish proper strategies after analyzing causes and problems.
3. [Prevention management] Implement the monitoring and management of employee demands, irrationalities, risk factors, and records of organization management and oversee the correction of vulnerabilities.
4. [Employee relations planning] Implement the establishment of the detailed strategy based on the analysis of domestic and foreign conditions and organization diagnosis results, and review legal alternatives by applying the labor-related current laws or their revisions to the company regulations.
