Persyaratan
  • Fluent in english (active).
  • Minimum 10 years experience in garment/textile industry as Laboratory Manager.
  • Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative
  • Working knowledge of products and services
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
  • Good customer focus
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving (root cause) skills.
  • Good planning and organizing skill.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Literate in basic computer programs.
  • Good leadership skill.
  • Meticulous and diligent attributes.
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ensure effective quality control and quality assurance practices related to laboratory are in place and effective.
  • Through the management of the Laboratory.
  • Provide visual fabric inspection services upon receipt of fabric
  • Provide fabric, trims and garment testing services against established quality standards and issue reports to the relevant departments
  • Resolve quality issues related to fabric and trims by providing technical advice as appropriate as customers expectation.
  • Align quality expectations with suppliers as needed.
  • Manage operation of the quality control lab including procedures and equipment.
  • Provide managerial leadership to the laboratory team.
