JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities:
  • Lead levi.com.ph business operation excellence:
    • Co-own P&L with country commercial lead
    • Contribute to yearly revenue plan monthly budget, promotions…
    • Execute the plan & reach revenues targets
    • Set up KPI (traffic, conversion, etc) and manage reporting
    • Manage the routine daily operations management (ordering & replenishment, analytical supports report design and maintenance, month-end closing, business planning)
    • Manage tech vendor relationships (Capillary Managed Services)
    • Constantly visit and revise KPIs per business changes + manage business vendors to achieve SLA with proposed action plans.
    • Define end-to-end eStore operation model and detailed working process, including merchandising, logistics fulfillment, consumer care, etc.
    • Deliver ongoing business SOP (standard operation process), analyze and improve service quality continuously
    • payment and delivery efficiency management
    • Interface with finance/ logistic / marketing / assortment to better understand internal processes to give external customers efficient service.
    • Website merchandise management: routine management of SKU online/offline, coordination with campaign support.
    • Levi.com inventory management
    • Lead the crisis management and resolution of customers’ complaints in close coordination with the eDistributor’s Customer Service Team and Marketing Lead.
  • Lead & Manage D2C Initiatives with country first strategy:
    • CRM
    • AOS, SFS, BOPIS
    • POS Interactions
    • Mobile Apps
    • Business Intelligence
    • ERP Interactions
    • New Payment methods
    • Centralized customer care
    • POV on eCommerce technologies & solutions covering performance marketing, channel management, social commerce, web-store design & operations, content production, order fulfillment, warehousing, delivery & logistics with centralized customer care
  • Lead digital business road map on a rolling 18-month basis
  • Work with Marketing Lead to successfully manage brand partnerships and regional campaigns to accelerate the progress of eCommerce and technology
  • Agility planning based on local competition mapping
  • Work with Finance Lead to budget, monitor & control costs (e.g. trade promotion, trading & margin terms) for sustainable growth
  • Work with Marketing Lead to efficiently churn VIP program
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of significant experience in solid operational & commercial experience in website and marketplace management for a brand OR in a marketplace
  • Must have knowledge in e-commerce & marketplace management
  • Must have the big picture on the whole process (assortment, marketplace management, marketing campaign organization, fulfillment, customer service)
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated proficiency in general business disciplines
  • Proven strength in both oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior management and large groups in a professional, concise and direct manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to effectively build and manage relationships.
  • Demonstrated action orientation to create opportunities or avoid future problems. Flexibility and skill in adapting to meet new requirements
  • Working Knowledge of MS office programs (Word, Excel, PPT)
