Job Description
  • You will be involved in handling general tasks related to the Information System team, such as:
  • Manage administrative of Google Suite, Slack, and inquiries
  • Help in Nakama & Intern onboarding process
  • Maintaining Tokopedia employee data
  • Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets
  • Assist on Information System automation

Minimum Qualifications
  • FINAL YEAR STUDENTS or FRESH GRADUATES from reputable universities (any major)
  • Able to join as soon as possible (preferably around April 2022) and attend a minimum 3 month internship period
  • Able to work Monday to Friday (9 working hours, including 1-hour break)
  • Willing to do administrative tasks for Information System team (part of Enterprise IT team)
  • Have an experience doing clerical/administrative task
  • Able to work accurately, with careful attention to details
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office (word, excel) & Google Sheet
  • Possess a great project management skills
