Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to plan, supervise and control Mechanical & Piping Engineering work activities throughout all project phases beginning from Front End Engineering Design to commissioning until handover of surface facilities to Operations.
  • Key roles include development of engineering deliverables, perform technical review and compliance project checks on engineering consultant’s deliverables.
  • Support the development plan for oil and gas production
  • Self-driven to introduce new technology or proven design improvements and optimisations of surface facilities to contribute towards achieving Best-In-Class cost and schedule for projects assigned.
  • Additional roles shall include leading or participation in contracting strategy formulation, tender technical evaluation, contract execution as well as short assignments to fabrication yard and or site to provide technical support if required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from mechanical or equivalent engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in oil & gas industry.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Knowledgeable in relevant standards and policies, possess good analytical skill and well experience with relevant computer software/programs i.e. PV Elite, Caesar II, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, etc.
  • Experience of CO2 Removal Unit would be advantageous
  • Possess strong analytical skill and effectively communicate technical data.
  • Ability to interact effectively in diverse team environment, especially in multinational environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
  • Proactive, meticulous, responsible and good working attitude
  • Can adapt in fast-pace working environment
  • Loyal, honest and integrity
