Responsibilities:

    • Perform invoice 3-way matching, ensuring correct payment to suppliers
    • Maintain proper filing for all invoices and its supporting documents
    • Record invoices, expense reports and credit memos, ensuring proper GL are recorded inside ERP
    • Work collaboratively cross-department and suppliers to resolve any dispute or conflict related with billing process
    • Promote a continuous improvement approach within the department
    • Assist with month-end closing procedure

Requirements:

    • Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
    • Minimum total 4 years in Accounting, with minimum 1 year experience in retail industry as Accounts Payable
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
    • Experience in big 4 audit firm is a plus
    • Experience using Oracle Netsuite is a plus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Pro-active, methodical with the ability to work independently or in a team
    • High degree of attention to detail
