About the Company

Our client is a leading contact and engagement centre specializing in multi-channel communication platforms. Our proprietary and purpose built operational and management system supports a scalable and lead generation centre that operates to its highest possible level of productivity. We adopt the latest technologies and innovations so our clients can effectively and efficiently connect with their customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling contact center operation for company's clients, especially e-com client
  • Able to do upsales, pitch new client, and manage new projects
  • Will lead 100+ call center agents, with 10 call center team leaders, and 1 junior operation manager
  • Responsible to 24 hour working system in the department

Requirements:

  • Male or Female
  • 3 Years experiences as Contact Center Manager (In well known BPO companies or client side, e.g E-Commerce; Tellecomunication; Banking; or insurance industry))
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • COPC Certificte holder preferable * Able to work under pressure

Technical Requirements:

  • Having experiences to manage more than 70 agents
  • Having experiences in handling inbound team (outbound, socmed, email, live chat are additional experiences only)
  • Having experiences in 24 hours shifting team scheme
  • If the candidate currently unemployed, make sure the unemployment length is not more than 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to Rp30,000,000 per month
