Assist and support the provision comprehensive reports to record cost of recruitment, source, cost of advertisements and retention periods of new hires.
Learning & Development
Coordinate and communicate training programs to related parties to ensure awareness and commitment.
Support the preparation of training including training material, training venues, co-ordinate attendees and other training related matters.
Maintain the training records, data and produce the reports to support and measuring training quality and investment in coordination with Dept Training Coordinators including reporting in My Talent World.
Talent Management
Support end-to-end Employee Development Review (EDR) process.
Coordinate, collect and provide report related Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Support the effective cost management through maintaining accurate records and processing invoices.
Maintain appropriate records of succession planning and manage the database to ensure information is accurate and current.
Performance Management
Supporting the year-end process both Competency Assessment (CAS) and TAA (Target Agreement and Achievement) / GOALs for all employees including maintaining system in MTW.
Understanding comprehensive year-end process to support and act as point of contact for employee.
HR Administration
Support HRBP Managers in relation with others HR administration and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
Good communication skills (English), both spoken and written
