Responsible to lead and direct Production by planning, preparing, executing, and controlling factory production process and ensure that quality and outputs are aligned with established standards and achieve, quality, delivery and cost.
The incumbent is also responsible for applying appropriate methods and of high technology machinery in order to achieve production KPI’s, utilizing high skilled employees, and to ensure the development of employee morale and work attitude, through excellent man management skills.
