Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing end-to-end HR function, from recruitment to termination, as well as the general affairs function
Report and advise the organization on how to develop and maintain talents within the company
Overseeing HR matter for all of the company's business line
Support other functions within the company in their human resources needs
Designing and updating compensation and benefit scheme, as well as performing job analysis and competency setting

To be considered as a successful candidate, you are required to have:

Minimum of 10 years in HR function, 5 years in the management team
Certification for human resources function (Eg: CHRP, CHRM, etc.)
Master's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources function is preferred
Ability to communicate in English
Previous experience in sales or retail industry
Previous experience in working in Multinational Company
Experiences in handling talent management, organisational development, and recruitment
Up-to-date on Indonesia's current labor laws
