Able to carry out the troubleshooting process in a systematic and structured.
Handle system programming integrated with the Social Media Application system.
Manage Workflow / IVR system in a Call Center.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have Experience in project and maintenance is a must.
Mastering the Telephony Call center System & Function (elite & advanced).
Mastering System & Functions of Recording, Reporting, and Forecasting.
Mastering Programming integration with Social Media systems.
