Job Description

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the efficient operation of the entire mechanical and electrical engineering systems of the residences including the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure their efficiency and optimum utilization.

Responsibility to organize the Engineering Department under guidance and supervision from Property Manager.
Coordinate and participates in the activity of all engineering personal and section.
Assist in planning and preparation of Policyy and Procedure, maintain and control all equipment and building Machineries keep an up to date efficient administration and control all expenses.
Manages all complaint received from owner, tenant lessees, and commercial clients. Leads and finds Solution to fix problem and meet with tenant if necessary.
Ensure all building equipment work properly and in maintained as per manufacture standard.
Preparing the master schedule maintenance for all the system.
Personal inspect all major breakdown of equipment and damage of property for repair or rectifications.
Undertakes feasibility studies on specific engineering project relating to major engineering or Building work of the Residences to improve on existing facilities where need to be.
Ensure that all maintenance schedule are strictly controlled and right on time
