Job Description

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Memberikan informasi kepada nasabah & non nasabah mengenai produk dan jasa bank

Memberikan layanan kepada nasabah terkait pembukaan tabungan, setoran tunai, mutasi nasabah, rekening tabungan, dan lain-lain

Melakukan customer due dilligent (identifikasi dan verifikasi data nasabah) dalam rangka penerapan KYC

Menangani dan menangani pengaduan yang berhubungan dengan pelanggan

Melakukan cross selling produk perbankan
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Berusia maksimal 28 tahun

Pendidikan minimal S1

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai CS di perbankan minimal 2 tahun

Mampu bekerja secara team dan individu

Sehat jasmani & rohani

Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan menyukai bidang pelayanan

Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan

Bersedia ditempatkan di Kantor pusat Bintaro dan Tangerang
