Job Description

Operational IT Infrastructure Support

Managing all IT equipment (PC, Notebook, tablets), and electronic supports (printers, fax, cables, servers, modems, routers, firewalls, etc.)

Manage day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure and equipment

Prepare, Manage and configure IT infrastructure equipment

Monitoring installed applications on computers

Monitoring sufficiency of all IT and electronic equipment for all employees, existing, new recruits and equipment switches/upgrades/downgrades

Assessing computer specification required for employees type of works, load, specific requirements and complying with IT Policy

Planning and controlling IT equipment supplies and suppliers including provision of new equipment for new recruits

Align with procurement team for IT equipment procurement

Managing asset data and other equipment according to asset data from the finance team

Support worktools onboarding for new joiners, and worktools offboarding from employee resignation.

Trouble-shooting

Providing supports to all employees experiencing IT issues

Ensuring stable internet connection

Ensuring security against virus, malware, bugs

Back-up for specific IT application issues used by users (content team, finance team, customer service, sales, data analysis, etc.)

Basic :
Bachelor degree in computer science, telecommunication engineering, information system, or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Good knowledge in IT equipment (network, firewall, router, printer, cabling, antivirus, servers, etc)

Good knowledge in multiple operating systems (windows, mac, linux)

Good knowledge and efficient in equipment troubleshooting

Good attitude and communication skills

Able to work precise, accurate, and attention to details

Able to work under pressure and tight schedule

Able to work individually with minimal supervision, as well as work within a team

Placement in Jakarta

Additional

Members of the respected IT community, members of university computer lab, or lecturer assistant will be a plus

1 year experience will be a plus

Relevant IT certification will be a plus
