As DPIM team, you will be responsible to analyze data and execute projects to make sure Blibli warehouses can support daily operations and operations during peak periods. Strong analytical skills, good time management, and have backbone-disagree-commit mentality are the essentials skills to be part of DPIM team.
DPIM team responsibilities include the following: schedule truck arrival at warehouse, do inventory transfer between warehouses (inside and outside Jakarta), identify inventory health status at warehouse (normal, aging, expired, defect), mitigate any disputes between warehouses internally and externally, and manage warehouse control tower. Additionally, DPIM team will work with trade partnership (purchasing department) to flush out aging products and to increase inventory level for products below safety level.
Qualifications
Min. S1 (GPA 3,3)
Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Collect and calculate warehouse data and make it into actionable items, reports, and presentations
Ability to conduct forecasting based on the historical data
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
Understand business objectives and can create projects to achieve/ exceed the business goals
Ability to automate all manual works/ reports
Ability to coordinate tasks that involve multiple teams (Trade Partnership, Operations, Technology, and Logistics)
Understand warehouse operations
Make sure warehouse associates follow the standard operating procedure (SOP)
Alternative scheduling on working time and area based on load management and peak of the project outside working hours
