Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with one of the biggest fintech companies in Indonesia. Our client is looking for Head of Customer Experience. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job responsibilities:

  • Working cross functions with product and tech team in order to create great customer experience.
  • Managing and reviewing end to end existing SOP and overall journey on the app to find any pain points, then work with product team to fix it.
  • Responding to feedbacks or complaints in order to create a better product experience for customers.
  • Representing business side to create a continuous improvement within the product.

Job requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience working in customer experience or process improvement or process excellence, coming from technology or digital banking companies.
  • Proven track record in improving CX based on customer's feedback and complaints.
  • Strong communication skills to manage all the high level stakeholders.
  • Strong interest working in fintech industry.
