  • Create Operators training plan with certification strategy. Sustaining operators training plan.
  • Adhere to Company rules and regulations, promote Safety in workplace & sustain quality mindset.
  • Conduct Weekly Quality, 6S & Safety Line Walk Audit in production with Leader & Supervisor and follow up all action item captured.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation for Assembly PO.
  • Provide Information and Feedback to Manufacturing teams, and Engineering team Assessthe need to provide information and feedback from team member to their respective supervisors and process/equipment owners.
