Position Overview


Based at our Sales Operations Center in Jakarta, in order to further support our business development we are currently seeking an:


CUSTOMER SERVICE

(Jakarta)


Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and Sales Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Business Development team in handling sales process administration, interacting with customers in sales fulfillment activities, liaising with internal cross-function teams to deliver targets and customer satisfaction.


Key Accountabilities


  • Handling sales order management, from receiving and managing POs, checking data accuracy in sales order, distribution engagement, and updating accurate delivery schedules
  • Continuous communication with internal cross-function teams (supply chain, finance, distribution, sales) and related third party partners to ensure ontime and complete delivery.
  • Overseeing and managing existing contract and renewal process with customers.
  • Handling customers/distributors’ questions and complaints effectively to ensure effective and efficient SLA deliverables, including product returns, replacement, and credit notes.
  • Initiating cross-selling to customers who directly contact the hotline center.
  • Reviewing and proposing plans to Sales team, distributors, and customers on slow moving items.
  • Maintaining updated relevant documents and preparing reports, statistics for on-time closing and further internal analysis on sales trend.

Profile

  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
  • More than 2 years professional work experience in direct customer management, distribution management, or sales support process.
  • Familiarity and hands-on skills on CRM, SAP, MS Office-Excel
  • Willingness to help, good communication with proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Culture awareness and experience of diversity
  • Business fluent English (written, verbal)
