Job Description

. To ensure mass-production capability for final test
. To ensure performance of Tape & Reel machines including its processes
. To implement and release new products, technologies and processes in Tape & Reel area according to lead
plant specification
. To continuously improve Tape & Reel area regarding yield, quality, throughput
. To ensure Uptime & to reduce UDT of Tape & Reel machines
. To reduce FVB budget for Tape & Reel platform
. Interface to lead plant for Tape & Reel issues
. Takeover of new products, new technologies, new processes & new machines
. Responsible in training of Production (Management/Trainer)
. To identify improvement together with Tape & Reel service machine performance (failure analysis, define
measures & etc…)
. To be responsible for AOI on Tape & Reel machines
. To be responsible for Electrical Test on Tape & Reel machines
. To be responsible in reporting of KPIs regarding Tape & Reel
. To be responsible for plant specific process documents.
. Ability to work in production

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years to 10 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable semiconductor device handling
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics preferred
  • Possess strong communication skills and able to transfer technical knowledge with various operations team members
  • Able to lead the team to meet the required project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks and timelines
  • Ability in using logic and reasoning & accurate to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches on Tape & Reel problems & proposal on cost reduction and improvement measures
  • Ability to solve problem using Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D or Poka Yoke concept
  • Ability to perform Tape & Reel machine analysis, including interpretation
  • Ability to lead technical discussion together with equipment supplier and engineering team
  • Ability to instruct operators on how to fulfil their tasks
  • Ability to lead the team to meet the required project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks and timelines
  • Ability in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems & proposal on cost reduction and improvement measures
  • Ability to implement lean processes
  • Ability to understand the correlations quality, cost, delivery and to determine cost saving potential
  • Readiness to reduce CO2 according to company target
  • Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
